Fairwarp Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
Villagers came together in the village hall to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea and watch the Derby live on our big screen. There was a prize on offer for the best hat and the judge decide it was a dead heat between Lyn Telford's crown and Polly Kettley's Union Jack and corgi hat.

Everyone tucked into a scrumptious afternoon tea with a selection of sandwiches, plain and fruit scones served with jam and clotted cream followed by various cakes and all washed down with a glass of Prosecco, tea and coffee.

After the tea everyone took part in the free, fun sweepstake for the Derby and watched the race live. A delightful afternoon for all. Click and view the slide show below
