Knitted Poppies Required

Can you knit or crochet a poppy for the WW1 Steering Group?  The poppies will be displayed as part of a bigger display on the weekend of the 10th/11th November to mark the end of hostilities in the First World War.  See below for more information….

Moved to Fairwarp in 1997 (I think!). Got married in 1998. With arrival of children (1.1.00) started Fairwarp Mums & Toddlers in November 2000 - finally handed over (the leading?) reins in 2008. Have served on the VH Committee as Hon. Sec. Was on sub committee raising £40K for new play area. Instrumental in setting up first Fete sub-committee.
