Fairwarp Fete – Saturday 13 July 2019
2.00pm – 5.00pm

Hello Everyone

Your final reminder for the Fete on Saturday. I forgot to mention in the last email that the plant stall would like any plants that can be brought along on the morning.

I have also updated the link to the article about the Arts and Crafts entries. We have updated the website (you may have noticed) and some of the links and pictures got lost. Apologies for that.

Otherwise the rest is the same.

Remember that FCS subscriptions can be paid at the FCS stand at the fete.

Happy Reading

Fairwarp Fete – Plant Stall run by Christ Church

Please bring along any spare plants you might have for the plant stall – situated under the big tree next to the bric-a-brac – any time from 10.00-12.00 noon.  Alternatively contact Janie Hooper on 01892 664471.

Fairwarp Fete – set up and break down

Please come along to the village green at 5pm on Friday 12 July to help set up gazebos and tents ready for the next day.
And we will need people again to help break everything down after the fete on Saturday.
Many hands make light work so please try to spare some time to help.

Get your unwanted gifts and any donations ready

This week volunteers will be knocking on doors across Fairwarp to gather any donations you can give for the Tombola, Barrow of Booze and the Grand Draw. So please can you be ready with anything you can give towards these. Your donations are so important for these stalls. If you miss the collections, you can bring them along to the tombola tent on Fete day before 1.00pm.
And please buy some tickets for the Grand Draw – there are some fabulous prizes and tickets are available at the Foresters Arms

Have you got your entries sorted for the Arts and Crafts tent?

If you are still not sure what you are entering check out the entry form on the website via the link below. There are lots of categories to go for from cooking to photography to flower arranging to home made booze! Lots for children and families to enter as well.
